This lesbian film Frauensee (Woman's Lake) features Roza (Nele Rosetz) and her partner Kirsten (Therese Hämer), two women whose differences are creating friction in their relationship. Roza, a professional fisherwoman and guardian of the lake is losing fish to theft while Kirsten, an ambitious and high-powered architect is focused on her career.
When the couple host two lesbian students from Berlin on a summer weekend at Kirsten's idyllic lakeside bungalow tensions mount forcing both Roza and Kirsten to review their viewpoints and their lives together. Worth the watch for the build up of sexual tension and the interplay between the four women.
