Filmed on a tight budget Camp Belvidere is an experimental lesbian short film set in the 1950's. It tells the story of a friendship which quickly evolves into a passionate love affair between two very different women, Camp Leader Rose just 18 years old and nurse Gin, a woman in her thirties. Gin, filled with repressed guilt about her lesbian desires initially tries to deter the infatuated Rose but Rose despite her youth is a young woman who knows what she wants.
